Masroor Abbas Ansari commonly known as Haji Sahab is a Shia Muslim cleric and scholar born on 12 August 1975 in Srinagar in the house of Molvi Mohammad Abbas Ansari. Molvi Mohammad Abbas Ansari is father of Masroor Abbas Ansari. He is the President of Ittihadul Muslimeen and co-patron of Al-Abbas Relief Trust, Karan Nagar, Sringar.
Masroor Abbas Ansari got his basic education from his family and learned Arabic and Persian. He also got his education from Kashmir University. He went Iran to join Qom Seminary for further studies.
Molvi Masroor Abbas Ansari is a religious scholar and public orator as well as writer. He is the president of Ittihadul Muslimeen. Ittihadul Muslimeen is a socio religious party and wing of All Parties Hurriyat Conference. He was the Sub Editor of the monthly Urdu magazine “Safina” which was published from Al-Abbas Relief Trust, Government Medical College Road, Karan Nagar, Srinagar.
